Again these practices can be exercised anywhere and by anyone. Start simply with one of them and make a commitment to practice daily or weekly. Attempt to leave judgement for the self behind and remember to breathe. 

  • Journal about a nature-based experience
  • Pick up trash
  • Bring a plant into the home
  • Deeply listen to a bird's song
  • Shop at a local farmer's market
  • Bring flowers in the home or office
  • Stand/touch/talk with a tree, rock, or other natural object
